CURE CANCER AWARENESS AID SOCIETY registered since 2012. Non profit making social N.G.O having nation wide presence. it is working for the control of cancer under the guidelines of the national cancer control programme` 1995 and 2002 of the world health organization and national cancer control programme`1985 of the government of India without any financial assistance from the government or non government agencies, how ever your cooperation has made the difference.
Cancer is the second leading cause of the death world wide (page xiii NCCP who, 1995)
And is expected to increase by 500% in the coming 25 years (page IV NCCP government of India, 1995). Beside taking a heavy toll of human life cancer destroys the families of the patient due to mental agony and heavy costs of treatment, as 2/3 of the new cause are detected in the advance stages when treatment is ineffective hence an overall national waste of human life& property. Terminally ill patients have to live with excruciating pain in the absence of oral morphine which is recommended by WHO for pain relief. Due to govt. apathy oral morphine is not available thereby such patients seeking palliation in existing treatment resources which otherwise could be utilized for the treatment of the patients in early stages saving their lives and finances.
Infectivity of tobacco control legislation weakness the fight against tobacco the only consumer product which kills its user mercilessly. Tobacco alone is responsible for the top three killer diseases of mankind notably heart attack cancer and respiratory. 40% of all cancers are caused by tobacco, alone. Glamorization of tobacco adds salt to the existing wound. Major dent can be made in the non communicable diseases through awareness on tobacco, control only and by integrating it which health hygiene, exercise, diet etc it further adds pepper to the spice.
After careful study we have launches nationwide cancer control programme which includes the recommendations of both the national cancer control programmes (that of WHO and government of India) adopted under local condition involving a variety of activities carried though out the country to cancers combat cancer which account for 12% of all deaths (page xii NCCP WHO 2002). 1/3rd of all cancers are preventable, 1/3rd are treatable and remaining 1/3rd should be given palliation says world health orgazation.
We have careful designed the certified sponsored cancer awareness programme with its adaptability in the local scenario. It is our key truth area and main activity for the control of cancer.

Tobacco abuse, passive smoking, good dietary habits, and healthy living habits, early
Symptoms of cancer Do`s & Don`ts prevent cancer in particular along with
Cardiovascular diseases, respiratory and other diseases in general.
This programme is free of cost and no charge are to be paid either by the school or the student however we accept voluntary donation from the masses which is our sole source of mobilizing the resources in absence of assistance from government / other. In spite of all hurdles we have the credit of being the only nation organization generating awareness in its fight against cancer- the second leading cause of all death after cardiovascular diseases. Whereas corers of rupees are being spent on AIDS awareness which shall stand down to 7th place in death toll after respiratory diseases, tuberculosis, road and traffic accidents, diarrhea a per the projection. Cancer is being neglected I the country to the extent that even meager resources are no available for its control and a few NGOs working for this disease are short re sources in the absence of funding.
